Dr. Marc Oliver Opresnik is one of the respected global marketing minds who will speak at the World Marketing Summit Philippines 2020. He is the world’s top digital marketing guru, a University of Cambridge professor and a Board of Director at St. Gallen.
Opresnik was born in Duisburg, Germany on September 27, 1969. He is the author of “Social Media Marketing” and a co-author of several marketing management books.
As a corporate trainer, Opresnik has coached international companies like Google, Coca-Cola, McDonalds, Shell, Audi, Porsche, Procter & Gamble, Unilever and Adidas, among others. He is also a professor of business administration with focus on marketing at the Lübeck University of Applied Sciences in Germany and chief research officer at Kotler Impact Inc. founded by American marketing professor Philip Kotler.
Founded by Kotler in 2010 with Sh. Mubarak Al Nahyan in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, the WMS is a global alliance and a collaboration that unites the best minds from the corporate sphere working in concert with the public sector and community leaders. This marks the first time the WMS will be held in the Philippines.
