Brave Combat Federation and Khalid Bin Hamad Al Khalifa Mixed Martial Arts (KHK MMA) will hold the inaugural KHK World Championship in Bahrain on November 15, 2019. Among the mixed martial artists shorlisted to participate in the openweight MMA tournament are Rashad “Daywalker” Coulter, 37, of the United States, Alex “The Dominican Nightmare” Garcia, 32, of Dominican Republic, and Guto Inocente, 33, of Brazil, who all competed in the Ultimate Fighting Championship.

Born on November 27, 1981 in Newton, North Carolina, United States, Coulter started his Muay Thai training in 2010. He has been friends with retired MMA fighter Muhammed “King Mo” Lawal, 38, of Coconut Creek, Florida, USA since childhood.

Coulter made his professional MMA debut in 2011. He competed in Bellator MMA in 2015, in Legacy Fighting Championship from 2016 to 2017 and in the UFC and he currently has 9 wins and 4 losses.

Alex Garcia

Holding a professional MMA record of 15 wins and 7 losses, Garcia has competed in various MMA promotions including the UFC and Absolute Championship Akhmat. He has been competing professionally since 2009.

Born on July 14, 1987 in Santiago, Dominican Republic, Garcia joined the UFC in 2013. It was confirmed on September 20, 2019 that he was released from the promotion.

Guto Inocente

Born in Brasilia, Federal District, Brazil on May 29, 1986, Inocente was seven years old when he started his Brazilian jiu-jitsu training. He made his professional MMA debut in 2005.

What can you say about this story?

The last time Inocente competed was in 2015. In 2014, he competed in “The Ultimate Fighter 19” finale and at “UFC Fight Night 55” and lost both bouts.

KHK World Championship

An initiative of Brave CF and KHK MMA, KHK World Championship is a one-night, four-men, open weight tournament. The winner will take home a US$ 100,000 check.

Moreover, the champion will possess the most prestigious prize in sports. The KHK World Championship belt is made of 6.2kg of gold.

The first ever KHK World Championship will be part of “Brave 29,” which will take place in Bahrain on November 15, 2019. It is part of the Brave International Combat Week.

Originally, Brave CF and KHK MMA planned to shortlist 10 MMA fighters and select four semi-finalists and one alternate from them. However, then extended the list to 15 fighters, which is available on Conan Daily.
